Keelan's team could always do the work
How an electrical contractor went from chaos and everything-in-his-head to a visible system his team runs, and got the owner three to four hours a week back.

Keelan Stringer of Keeda Services on working with Praxis
Where it started

When we met Keelan, everything lived in his head. Jobs, prices, who was doing what. With no system to follow, everyone was running wild and every question came back to him. It was chaos.
Underneath that, he felt trapped. He knew the business needed new work, but every time he thought about going out to find it, it felt like a sales job he wasn't cut out for. The more overwhelmed he got, the more he believed he wasn't good enough.
The team could always do the work. What was missing was a system they could see, and the belief that winning work doesn't have to feel like selling.
Built with them, step by step
A visible system
Jobs from quote to invoice in one place, so the team works from the same picture instead of from Keelan.
Automation
The repeat jobs automated: quotes built from a price list based on his real jobs, and chasers that follow up for him.
Margin on every job
For the first time, Keelan can see what each job really makes, so he knows which work to chase and which to walk away from.
Sales as a conversation
We pulled the knowledge and experience out of his head and turned it into a simple way of talking about what Keeda does well and the work they love doing. No pitch. Just Keelan being Keelan.
New markets, better work
We looked at the services Keeda does best and earns most from, then built a plan to win more commercial work: letting agents, block managers, builders and developers, and businesses and facilities, each with its own capability deck and outreach. The aim is work that's more repeatable, more profitable and doesn't rely on Keelan.
A team that owns it
A written handover to his lead electrician and a team being built out, so responsibility, and winning new work, sits with the team, not just with Keelan.
Where they are now
- At least three to four hours a week back for Keelan
- A team that runs the work without needing him
- A clear view of what every job makes
- A commercial pipeline across agents, block managers, developers and businesses
- New work approached with confidence, not dread
- A 90-day plan he owns, reviewed every week
We continue to support Keeda on an ongoing basis.
